Their writing style is called kamikaze. This style is just writing stuff down whenever you think of it. It is very intense writing which allows you to make mistakes.

I would write about somthing very general. For example, a good thing to write about would be life. There is many stages in life and many things that happen to make life possible. Life is also very important so that's another reason to write about it. If you need to write 50,000 words and 175 pages you need to write about life or somthing like it to even come close to reaching your goal.
